Also, The viewfinder is smaller than the PC version's.It should be noted that the app has a black boarder around it while running on an Xbox One S connected to a 1080p display. This trait is not unique to this UWP app on Xbox One.

Many other apps on Xbox One do this. I assume that this is most likely due to hardware limitations. This and the small viewfinder may make it annoying to use with a smaller monitor.

However, it is not much of a problem with a decent sized TV.Despite these limitations it has a decent UI for what it is. It works very well with the Xbox One Controler. The UI can also be controled via keyboard. Yet due to various limitations, listed and non listed, I would not recommend using this software for serious work.

Yet it is good for what it is. It makes a good 'toy' so to speak.

What Sketchup version do you have? Do you get any errors? Some plugins require an additional file to be able to work. For example this plugin requires LibFredo6( ) to be able to work, so you will search that in the plugin store and install it too.I would advice you to install the Sketchucation plugin store, then you search it there and you choose autoinstall from there and it will install automatically.It should work with no problems.If you don not wish to install the plugin store, then download the plugin from here then with the Sketchup open, go to Window/Preferences/Extensions and see the Install Extensions button from lower left corner.Take care!
